A Toast to the Company

Sadly, it look-est as if The Silver Swashbuckler and I will not be able to attend our local Renaissance Fair this year. We have made it a tradition to go every year, and for the last 5 years in a row, we have. We love the atmosphere, the theatrics, the dressing up, the music, and the artisans (you should see how many shiny, sparkly objects are there!). We enjoy the smells, the shows, and the overall goofiness of it all. It is a veritable playground for melodramatic adults like us.

So instead, we shall have to enact a plan that has been tumbling around in my brain for months. That’s right, we will have a Toga party. In February. Maybe.

Stay tuned for our next blog post that has less to do with adults in costume, and more to do with actual jewelry-making!
